Application of Acrel Wireless Temperature Device in Pharmaceutical Companies

Absrtact:  Acrel ARTM series electrical contact wireless temperature measuring device is suitable for the temperature monitoring of high-voltage with high-current equipment to prevent high-load operation of the equipment, and excessive contact resistance may cause safety hazards. Acrel wireless electrical temperature measurement solution can realize real-time monitoring of the temperature of electrical contacts. If the temperature is abnormal, it will immediately send a signal to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
 
1. Project Overview
    The cabinet in the power distribution room of the pharmaceutical company is compact, the voltage level is high, and the power cannot be directly taken, the shape and size are different, and the installation space is small. The environment is not convenient for laying communication cables. The switch cabinet has a shielding effect on signals. The temperature measurement points are scattered, there are certain requirements for the temperature measurement accuracy, and the temperature difference is large, and there is a safety hazard. Our measurement accuracy is ±1℃, which meets customer requirements.
