Application of Acrel Wireless Temperature Device in Turkey

Abstract: Acrel wireless temperature equipment device directly transmits temperature and humidity values through ATC600-C transceiver and ATE200 temperature sensor, AHE wireless temperature and humidity sensor, and connects to the customer's PLC for communication control.
 
1.  Project Overview
     A Turkish customer has a project that needs to change the wired temperature measurement PT100 to wireless, and connect to the PLC through our receiver's 485 communication port for automatic temperature control.
 
2.product presentation
    Acrel wireless temperature system is suitable for 3-35kV indoor switchgears, including built-in switchgears, handcart switchgears, fixed switchgears and loop-net switchgears. It is also suitable for 0.4kV low-voltage switchgears such as fixed switchgears and drawer switchgears. The wireless temperature sensors can be installed at any heating point in switchgears, the device utilizes the wireless data transmission technology for real-time transmission of monitored temperature data and displays such data on ARTM-Pn locally. In addition, it can be networked via the RS485 port for remote intelligent monitoring.
    The AHE100 wireless temperature and humidity sensor is mainly used for the detection of temperature and humidity inside the equipment such as medium and high voltage switch cabinets, terminal boxes, ring main cabinets, box transformers and the environment of the power distribution room. The module adopts a special shell, which has good ventilation effect and exquisite appearance, which can effectively protect the internal components and increase the service life.

    Touch screen matching: ATC600-C:
 
Note: The touch screen is connected to an ATC600-C through the RS485 interface to realize the centralized display of temperature and humidity, and one ATC600-C can receive 240 temperature and humidity sensors.
