Operation and Maintenance Cloud Platform for Substations
1.Overview
Acrel Cloud-1000, based on market demand and adopted the Internet and big data technology, provides on-line operation and maintenance services instead of that of manpower for power operation and maintenance companies. The platform serves as a link between operation and maintenance units and enterprises, monitors the operation status and energy data of user distribution system, and provides better operation and maintenance services for customers. The platform provides many functions of system overview, power data monitoring, power quality analysis, power statistical reports, early abnormal warning, accident alarm，operation environment monitoring, and so on. It also supports multi-platform and multi-terminal data access.

System Overview
The data are browsed in the interface of overview, such as operation status, energy analysis, events of the day, so that users can easily grasp the status of each station and each monitored devices from the overall situation, and take corresponding measures in time.
Map Navigation
Combining with the electronic map, the distribution of the substation is displayed, and the information of the number of substations, the accumulated installed capacity and the accumulated operating capacity are summarized, which provides the entrance for viewing the detailed information of the corresponding substation.
Substation Overview
The basic information of the substation is displayed, which is concerned as voltage level, number of transformers, installed capacity, operation capacity, operation status, environment temperature and humidity, event information, daily or monthly energy consumption.
Electrical parameter inquiry
The specific operation electrical parameters (current, voltage, power, frequency, harmonic, etc.) of intelligent instruments are quickly inquired, and them are displayed in the form of curves, bar charts, pie charts or tables, exported in EXCEL or JPG format.
Energy consumption report
According to customers' needs, the energy consumption data of the corresponding load can be calculated. The statistics and analysis are supported on hourly, daily , monthly and other intervals. Also relevant data of form can be exported in EXCEL or JPG format.
Environmental monitoring
Monitoring the instrument communication status, environmental information (temperature, humidity, water immersion, smoke, etc.) and video information of substation.
Event and Alarm Information
In case of monitoring of Analog Value which has exceeded the Threshold, change of status or protection tripping event, the user shall be informed in the form of voice and SMS actively. And a record shall be made for future query and statistics.
Substation Inspection and Maintenance
Provide the compilation of the inspection plan, generate the inspection task after the audit and push it to the mobile phone of the inspection personnel, who perform the inspection task and register the inspection content. The platform can provide data for operation and maintenance reference, and provide convenience for inspection.

1）Trusteeship Mode
Guide the user to complete the installation and commissioning of intelligent instruments, network cameras, wireless modules, etc. The user will upload data to the Acrel cloud platform of Substation, entrust us to manage, charge software basic fees, and hosting fees according to regulations/agreements.
2）User-built Platform
The platform is built in the user data center or monitoring center. According to our recommended system equipment configuration parameters, the hardware for platform, as server, operating system, database and so on, can be purchased or applied for Ali cloud server. Acrel will guide customers to complete the construction of the platform and the training of the operation and management team. If customers do not have the technical force to maintain, they can also choose to pay a certain service fee to Acrel every year.
